Rot-Resistant Recycled Plastic Edging That Creates The Perfect Retaining Edge for Your Artificial Grass

The Long-Lasting Edging Solution
The biggest advantage of plastic edging is that it is ideally suited to withstanding outdoor environments. It is weather and rot-resistant and has a lifespan of around 50 years.
Forms A Solid Edge Restraint
When installing an artificial lawn, it’s vital that you use an edging strong enough to retain the sub-base materials. When combined with our recycled plastic pointed stakes, plastic edging forms a solid edge restraint whilst providing an anchor point for the perimeter of your lawn.
Made from 100% Recycled Materials
Our plastic edging is made from 100% recycled materials and once it reaches the end of its lifespan, it is also 100% recyclable
Environmentally Friendly
Our plastic edging is kind to the environment too. It’s produced without preservatives, is non-polluting and non-toxic according to DIN EN 71-3. It also helps to reduce the strain on landfill and is a sustainable product.
Quick & Easy to Install
Plastic edging is quick and easy to install. It can be cut using a handsaw, circular saw or chop saw. Unlike timber it will not splinter or crack, making it easy to handle.

FAQS
How do you cut plastic lumber?
You can cut plastic lumber in exactly the same way that you would real wood. It can be cut using a handsaw, circular saw or chop saw. For precise finishes, high-speed band saws and circular saws with slightly crossed teeth, preferably carbide-tipped, produce the best results.
Angle grinders are not suitable for cutting due to their high speed.
Do you recommend using stakes?
Yes, you will need to use plastic stakes in conjunction with the plastic planks. We recommend using 4 stakes per 2.5m length. You can purchase your plastic pointed stakes here.

How do I fix the plastic planks to the stakes?
The planks can be secured to the stakes using galvanised, single thread wood screws. We recommend countersinking pilot holes, pre-drilled using a low drill speed.
How do you fix the perimeter of artificial grass to the plastic planks?
It is possible to use galvanised nails, however, due to the compact surface, plastic lumber is more difficult to penetrate. Alternatively, you can use galvanised, single thread wood screws with countersunk pilot holes, drilled using a low drilling speed.
Are the planks made from recyclable plastic?
Yes, they are made from 100% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable.
Are the planks flexible?
Compared to wood, plastic edging has lower stiffness and greater flexibility. This means that is it possible to create very slight curves to your artificial lawn.
